HOW TO GET STARTED
SECURING MY BOOKING
Once you’ve chosen your portrait collection and decided to book, we will send your contract listing our full terms and a breakdown of your collection. We will then send out your invoice – requiring your booking fee. As soon as your contract is signed and the retainer is paid, your session is secured!
BOOKING FEE
The BOOKING FEE is £100. The fee is required in order to secure your booking, it serves as a non-refundable retainer and will be included into the final order. It covers CONSULTATION, PLANNING, ADMIN AND DATE RESERVATION.
The booking fee does NOT include products or images. In case of the session not going ahead we can always put this fee towards a future portrait session.
TRAVEL FEES
Any location outside of our local destinations 1:30 hour ratio from CF45, will require a travel fee, please ask for a quote, normally 2-3 hour away £150, 4+ hour away or international require a custom fee, please ask for a quote.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times are between 4-6 weeks for both photo or video. You can add on faster delivery to your order and its guaranteed in 10 days.
